Community Standards

Our Mobile Services bring together a diverse group of people, and we take the integrity of our Mobile Services and any abuse thereof seriously. These Community Standards (these “Standards”) are intended to supplement our Terms of Use (our “Terms”) and to provide you with guidance as to what we will and what we will not allow in connection with your use of our Mobile Services, including your organization or hosting of an Event, or your attendance at an Event. Capitalized terms used in but not defined by these Standards have the meanings ascribed to them by our Terms.

Please note that these Standards are not exhaustive and that we expect them to evolve over time in the interest of protecting you and other users of our Mobile Services. As a result, you should revisit these Standards from time to time to monitor any changes.

The consequences for violating these Standards vary depending on the severity of the violation and a person’s history on our Mobile Services. For instance, we may warn someone for a first violation, but if they continue to violate these Standards or our Terms, we may restrict their ability to use our Mobile Services or disable their account with us. We also may notify law enforcement when we believe there is a genuine risk of physical harm or a direct threat to public safety.
